Sales Administrative Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

We have partnered with a well-established P & C Insurance agency to recruit a new Administrative Assistant for their producer office.  Our client offers pleasant working conditions with a room for advancement.  The hours for the Administrative Assistant temp to hire position are Monday – Friday 8:30-5:30 and a pay rate of $12.00 per hour.  

Administrative Assistant responsibilities:

  • Project the company image both in person and on the phone
  • Service existing policies by making any necessary changes
  • Maintain the renew schedule and order the paperwork
  • Maintain the office a clean and net lobby

 

Administrative Assistant requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a P & C producers office
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience with ordering renewals
  • High school diploma
  • Proven track record of punctuality and dependability
