Position: Cherry Picker, Mon-Fri 3pm-1:30am + OT Sat

Available Schedule(s): Mon-Fri 2:00pm-10:30pm possible OT

Job Description:
Snelling has an immediate openings for 2nd shift Cherry Pickers in Ontario, CA. This position will be responsible for safe forklift operation ensuring inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and damage free. The Cherry Picker Operators should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving safety minded attitude. The position is physical and will require you to maintain a clean work environment. Job duties include the following:
– Meet established productivity standards
– Operate cherry picker/order picker equipment
– Pick products and verify accuracy of all picks
– Build & breakdown pallets or perform other general labor tasks
– Ability to follow instructions both on paper and from supervisors
– Loading and Unloading product up to 50 pounds
– Responsible for keeping work area clean and safe at all times
– Comply with safety rules, processes, and procedures
Requirements:
Cherry Picker/Order Picker experience required
Perform general labor functions as needed/Forklift operation is 60-70% of the day's work
Forklift Preferred Skills:
Ability to pick orders and confirm for accuracy
Ability to work 8 hours with up to 2-3 hours of OT each day, may require OT on Saturday's
Job is physical – Must have the ability to walk, twist, stoop, squat and reach
