Front Desk Customer Service


SNELLING is currently working to fill a Front Desk Customer Service position for a local East Texas company. Qualified candidates must be comfortable completing transactions with accuracy and a high level of customer service.  The ideal candidate will be diplomatic, courteous, and have excellent communication skills. The company benefits are excellent and the pay rate for this position is $10.50/HR.

The major areas of responsibility of the Front Desk Customer Service position include:

  • Receive and process financial transactions
  • Answer questions about products and services
  • Problem solving
  • Provide routine information
  • Balance cash drawer and daily transactions

Qualifications to be considered for the Front Desk Customer Service position include:

  • Must have accurate 10-key and keyboard skills
  • Good working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
  • Previous teller experience a plus
  • Heavy cash-handling experience
