JOB DESCRIPTION

Snelling is looking for Assistant Machine Operators for a company in Caledonia by 68th Street

Shift and pay for Assistant Machine Operators positions:
3rd shift, 10pm – 6:30pm Sun – Th
$14.25 with $1 raise at hire in
Train on 1st shift for 1 – 2 weeks before moving to 3rd shift

Responsibilities for the Assistant Machine Operators:
•The ability to peel, pack, and use a foam machine.
• Assist with gluing, polishing, and bending of products.
• To conduct yourself and your work with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Assist with the set up of work orders.
• Always looking for new ways to improve productivity.
• Responsible for ensuring the production floor is clean at the end of the business day.
• Responsible for counting products and accurately entering numbers into work orders.
• Able to complete tasks within assigned timelines.
• Effectively read, understand, and follow written procedures in order to meet quality standards.
• Miscellaneous assignments as directed by the Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements of Assistant Machine Operators:

  • Must have transportation – not on a bus line
  • Able to stand on your feet entire shift
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Excellent attendance
