Sales Administrative Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

Immediate opening for an experienced Sales Administrative Assistant for an insurance office.  The Sales Administrative Assistant will assist in the production of new business and the servicing of existing relationships for personal and commercial lines as well as related administrative functions.  This is a temp to hire position with a Monday – Friday 8:30 AM-5:30 PM schedule, with a pay rate of $12.00-$13.00 per hour.

Sales Administrative Assistant responsibilities:

  • Changes to existing customer accounts – File Maintenance
  • Process covered property and contracts
  • Invoicing
  • Data Entry

Sales Administrative Assistant requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Windows 10
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication with superb customer service skills
  • P & C License preferred or a desire to get one quickly.
